German grand admiral Erich Raeder visits the crew of the battle cruiser Scharnhorst in April 1942 to express his appreciation after its escape from Brest, France, through the English Channel. Operation CERBERUS, also known as the "Channel Dash," took place during 11–13 February 1942.
